Typically a decent quick cut, but very disappointed today. Arrived at 4:45, with one person in the chair and one employee sitting watching the clock. Was told that since they closed at 5, they couldn’t take me because they need to finish cutting hair and then clean up so they can leave at 5. I would think the stated hours until 5 means they stay open until 5…..and not the time the hairdtylists get to leave. Too many options. Probably will try other places instead.

I’ve been getting my haircut by Donna for a while now and not once I ever been disappointed. She’s always super personable and friendly, we have good conversation, and I always get the haircut I’m looking for

This is just to give kudos to Donna at the Fairfield store. She is always so professional, competent, consistent and friendly. Best hair cutter Ive had in my nearly 7 decades! Keep up the good work.
